Please review our policies before making a purchase. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms.

  • Sales Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns, except as outlined in our exchange policy.
  • Exchange Policy Exchanges are allowed within two (2) days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all exchange-related costs. Please contact us for return authorization before shipping the item.
  • Payment Policy We do not accept cash on delivery or in-person collections. All payments must be made via EFT or through our secure online payment gateway.
  • Lay-By & Cash Deposits We do not offer lay-by options or accept cash deposits.
  • Damage Policy Exchanges will not be accepted for items damaged due to customer handling or courier issues.
